Louise O’Sullivan is the CEO of smart UK Automotive Ltd. In this function, she is in charge of building up the national smart organization.
Louise is an experienced automotive leader with over 25 years’ experience across marketing, commercial strategy, network operations and automotive financial services, she joins smart UK having most recently served as Deputy Managing Director and Commercial Director at Volvo Car Financial Services UK. In this role she led commercial transformation, supported the transition to agency models and played a key role in governance and leadership at senior management level.
Louise was previously an Executive Director at Renault Group UK, including Marketing Director and Network Operations Director, where she was responsible for multi-brand strategy, electric vehicle programmes and dealer network performance across the UK and wider Northern Territory. She has a strong track record in brand building, business transformation and future mobility, and is known for her collaborative leadership style and stakeholder focus.
Since February 2026, Louise has been the CEO of smart UK and is helping to write its next successful chapter.
