(December 6, 2024, Hangzhou, China/Subang Jaya, Malaysia) smart, the new-premium intelligent and all-electric auto brand proudly announced its smart #3 has been awarded the prestigious “Best Compact Premium EV” at the Car of The Year (COTY) 2024 awards in Malaysia, organized by Carlist.my and WapCar. This celebrates the smart #3’s groundbreaking design, advanced technology, and thrilling all-electric driving experience, solidifying its position as a leader in the premium EV segment.

The smart #3 was developed by smart alongside the Mercedes-Benz Global Design team, following a design philosophy defined as "Love, Pure, Unexpected". The smart #3 is an SUV coupe that combines premium avant-garde style with high-tech features, reflecting smart’s commitment to innovation and sustainable urban mobility. It has already won the acclaim of media and customers worldwide.
