Florian Nemitz has been CEO of smart Germany since April 1, 2026, and is responsible for the company’s business in Germany.
He brings more than 14 years of sales and leadership experience within the Mercedes-Benz environment. In 2021, he joined smart Germany as Head of Sales. As one of the first employees, he played a key role in the market entry and early development, overseeing the launch of the smart #1, smart #3, and smart #5 in Europe’s largest market.
With his close connection to operations, strong market expertise, and clear focus on execution, he is driving smart’s continued development in Germany and its next phase of growth.
