As CFO of smart Automobile, Mr. Victor Dong is responsible for the company's financial management and leads all finance-related operations. Previously serving as Vice President of Daimler Greater China Ltd., now Mercedes-Benz Group China Ltd. (MBGC), Victor has made outstanding contributions to the steady growth of the Mercedes-Benz brand in China, with more than 23 years of financial management experience in the auto industry.

Mr. Victor Dong joined the Mercedes-Benz Group AG Treasury Executive Team in January 2019, as well becoming a member of China Finance ExCom. In this function, he led all treasury related business for Mercedes Benz Group companies in China. Before joining MBGC in 2008 as head of Treasury, he worked for Beijing Benz Automotive from 2000 in various financial roles.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Language and Culture University, a master’s degree in Finance Management from Capital University of Economics and Business, and an EMBA from Konstanz University of Applied Sciences, in Compliance and Corporate Governance.
